help with hot foot

OK people I know we got some real smart ones out there that know their stuff so I am asking for some help. I need to know how to REINSTALL the hot foot on my 1989 Gambler. When I bought the boat they had removed the hot foot, not sure how to hook it back up but I have the 2 cables. Not sure how it fastens to the floor either so some pictures and information would be great. Thank you for all your help.

Can't help you on hooking it up but it just screws to the floor.  I always use a little silicone on the screws.
