Do you have the picture on a site yet, like photobucket?  This would be the first step to put a picture in a post here...

Unfortunately, you will have to load them on a photo sharing site like Photobucket.  It's real easy to set up with Photobucket, just need an email address, and you can start loading pics.  The other option would be to become a charter member here, you can then load pictures into the Gallery.  Photobucket is real easy to use though.  Once you load some pictures on photobucket, underneath each picture on the photobucket site has three copy and past code.  When you see this, copy the [img] line, and paste it in a pic here and you are good to go...
