I got a cold and wet report from Jackson - Florala for Saturday.  My brother came in friday night to pick up my mom.  We decided to fish the 16MXS tournament at Jackson.  Windy, cold, wet, and very hard fishing.  I managed to put two keepers in the boat for just over 3 lbs and a fourth place finish.  Good news is my 2.33 lb fish took big-fish for $85 payout.  There were 12 boats and 17 anglers who braved the weather.  That was way too many boats for that small lake.   Tournament was won with a 5 fish limit right at 5 lbs.  Hope Scott did better a White City.

Yep watched it rain all day Sat. Then helped David put new carpet in the boat. So the boat sat at the house along with me this weekend.

My report is posted under White City on the Florida reports page. It wasn't a bad time. Weather sucked, but, other than that we caught 8 bass. 5 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. Headed home Sunday at noon. Water temp was between 52-54. I think if it gets up to 59-60 they will be up shallow. They were staging on the egdes in around 7-10 feet of water. Hope that helps.
