...I was talking with GEO a few weeks ago when he was home, and came to the realization that I have been fishing exactly ONE TIME in the past year. Good lord do I miss fishing. I miss you guys too. Really.

So, if any of my old friends ever have a spare spot in their boat, I have some gas money and a newly acquired tight lip!

I thought about you the other day, papa. My boy turned 2 on Friday - and if you remember, you and I were going to finally hook up and fish Caddo when my wife went into labor. We were supposed to meet at Elsie's at 5 am, but we checked her into the hospital at 3 am. I was really looking forward to getting out there with you - but I was sure you would understand my situation.

Hard to believe that was 2 years ago (Jan 26).

It's all your fault, buddy you got to decide to come hang out & move fishing up on the long list of to do things.

I know family comes 1st I wouldn't have it anyother way but you got to make time to do the things you love as well. Check out the TCTC board and look our shedual over and see if you can fit a few weekends in this year. We would love to have you back.

OK, doc - going to Houston this weekend, so we'll plan some time after that.

Fogy - I am working on a partner, can't wait to get back in the mix. You know I have lots of irons in the fire these days with baseball in the summertime, and we are trying to build my wife a new dance studio right now. Ya'll cross your fingers. It's going to be BIG (on line avenue). I am talking TONS of brownie points/yard passes.

Matt - that's pretty cool on the birthday similarities. Born the same day.
