wire nuts

To weather/water proof wire nuts dont tape them up unless ya think ya gonna have to take it off sometime soon.  Instead take pliers and tighten up your nut then dab PVC glue in the cap to help protect your wires.  If there is a small bit o wire showing the glue will also cover it too.  The glue also keeps the nut from backing off and keeps moisture out of the cap.
