Hugo Lake: July 23. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water 83 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits in the buck brush..... Crappie fair on live minnows and jigs in 12 ft of water Channel catfish fair on liver and cut bait below the dam........
