Had to hoof it again on today's outing. I was hoping to come across some decent bass like I did last week, but long story short. Nope!

Worked several different baits throughout the morning. Did not catch my first bass until 90 minutes into the trip. A few casts later caught another, and that was it. Moved around for a couple more hours and called the outing. Beautiful day, horrible fishing. That's bass fishing for you.

The highlight of the outing was crossing paths with Big G. We spoke for a spell. He wasn't having much luck either. If Big G isn't having luck, you know it was SLOW day. Lol! George, it was great seeing you again, my friend.

Hopefully, the fishing is better next week!

Thanks for reading!

Thanks Lou, a beautiful day for a change, low humidity!  The fishing was horrible.  Two little bass👍one was so small I considered using it as bait!  The best part of the day was watching the sunrise!

You know it was tough when both of you had a slow day
