Back from a 15 day cruise and it was time to fish the water.
First one at the ramp              YES
Ran to my usual area.              YES
Threw spooks and was getting them every cast. YES
Current was running and it was dirty  NO
Dragging on the bottom a https://gatorbellybaits.com/  and hooked a big gator, 60lb spyderwire and had to cut the line.  NO
Bass fishing totally died, called due to the dirty water and debris flowing  at 10:30. I naver have seen it that dirty.

I was flagged down to locate a sunken airboat near the ramp with the electronics, easy find, hope they pulled it out.
When I got home looked at the SFWMD pump stations and gates. all were turned off. Must of been a pre-season hurricane check.
