2003 bass tracker pro team 175 Livewell pump replacemnt

Hello, I recently got a 03 Tracker Pro Team 175 silver anniversary edition and I noticed that my live well pump isn't working. Unfortunately, they do not make a replacements anymore. Any suggestion on upgrading? Also I'm not sure what the black piece is.  Since I will be upgrading can I take this part out?

The black piece is usually a where a control hooks up, say to let it fill and then drain. Your pump attaches to it.

Not many pumps on the market. I'd get a good 750 GMP or even a 1000 GPM and unfortunately you'll have to repipe it. Go with tubing and it will make life much easier.
