Conditions:
Winds: Constant NE 12-15.
Temps: 60's
Water temp: Cold
Water level: High
Clarity: Clear
Moon phase: Waxing Gibbous
Bass boated: 5 :(
Fishing time: 0700-12pm
Baits Used: stickworm, swimbait, spinnerbait, and Zoo Dog.

Decided to fish the Marshlands today. Arrived pretty early. By the time I set up the boat and launched, it was 0700.

Started with my new topwater bait called the Zoo Dog. Quickly put it way. Switched to a swimbait and caught a little bass relatively quickly. I missed a couple more and basically didn't catch another bass for 3 hours!!

I moved around a lot. Fished different depths, and nada. Started catching here and there close to the end of the outing.

The bass were really  finicky today. Don't know what that was all about.

Ended up only boating 5 bass.

Merry Christmas to everyone!

Thanks for reading.
