I've been communicating with the NW Louisiana region Biologist to learn more about what the bass in our area lakes eat. Here is our last communication with links. So great information if you're willing to poke around a bit.

Our waterbody management plans contain all the sampling data for public waterbodies.  They are all published on the website at the below address:
https://www.wlf.louisiana.gov/resources/category/freshwater-inland-fish/inland-waterbody-management-plans

Forage information and most fisheries data is found in MP-B section for each waterbody.  A complete listing of all sampling performed on a waterbody can be found in MP-A.  Generally these plans are updated every 3 years.  There are several local lakes that are in draft form right now waiting on final edits.  Please call or email if you have questions. I wish MA would be a little more proactive like this. Some of our lakes only get sampled every 7 to 10 years.
