I personally use seaguar invis x
The most effective way i found is to use a piscufin line spooler as it spins the spool of line at the same ratio and you can adjust it for line spools and how much you want it to spin as the reel rather then going counter clockwise on a spinning
You can tighten it so the spool doesnt spin for bait casters
After you fill your spool up get a cup or container of hot water imo the warmer the better and let it sit there and that will reduce the majority of twists and tangles although you will still occasionally get them

I also use the piscifun line spooler, it's worked great for all but a few lines due to the shape of the spool.  Otherwise, it's awesome...

I tried floro, backlash city. When I get home, I will be stipping it off all 3 rods I put it on. Going back to all braid.
