Good Friday and Holy Saturday

[No Excuses]

Made a quick trip Friday afternoon to try out my new front seat from BassBoatSeats.com. It's WAAAAAAY better than the cheapo WM one, and only $59, and they had it to me in 2 days. Ran into some guys fishing a family camping trip derby. I had communicated with one of his family members a couple weeks ago when he inquired about The Truth. Turns out he bought some at the local store and sandbagged on the rest of his crew and was leading the derby lol. I gave them an assorted bag and sent them on their way. They commented that they had been watching my content on YouTube, so I put them in this weeks video. Went back Saturday and did pretty well. Talked to several other boats that recognized me from YouTube. It's nice to know that the hard work and long hours are starting to pay off! Most of the fish I caught were out right on the submerged grass edge instead of up close to the bank as they have been. Also finally got into some in the pads. 50 feet back in the pads makes a 2lber feel like 10!!  Hope ya'll enjoy, and at one point in the video, after losing a couple fish, I sat down and went thru hook selection, line, knot tying and rigging. I tried a new little variation that seemed to help with longevity of the bait. Before I tied on my hook, I put a rubber weight stopper on the line. I had the sixth sense ones, but I have seen some that are a little bigger. It seemed to help a little on the worm not running up the line on a catch, and didn't affect the action any.
