Lou, why are you talking about bank fishing so darn much lately!? Geesh!!

2 reasons actually. Nostalgia and Information

Being a self taught angler, bank fishing was all I did when it came to bass fishing in the earlier part of my life. Back before there was the internet, we had our Saturday morning fishing shows, as well as bass fishing books and magazines.
I would soak up that information as much as I could as kid of course, and bug my parents to take me fishing to the "the canal."  lo lo There I would begin applying what I read. Fishing lures were hard to come by for me back then, so I had to learn with what I had. Was I a good angler? Heck no!!  ~roflmao But! What I learned back then helped shape me to the angler I am today. Mind you, I'm only a little bit better.  ;) lo

Which brings be to my second part. Information.
The sharing of information actually. So much of the information shared now a days is bass information from a  boat. But what about from land? There is a difference, and I felt it was time to begin sharing many of my fishing experiences from long ago. Because I'm sure there are young anglers out there that can benefit from that information.

So buckle up, its going to be a fun ride down memory lane!  lo ~gf

Capt. Lou, I think your bank fishing series is a great idea. I watched your most recent YouTube video yesterday,  it was great by the way. I know that I and I'm sure many anglers on here started their career from the bank.

We are so fortunate here in south Florida to have so many fishable waters. I always keep a rod and some simple lures in my truck so I can just pull over and fish when ever I have a few spare minutes.

Please keep up the great work Capt. Lou........and thank you!
