Yes, I've searched and can't find the subject bracket for my trailer plate. Plenty on line for trucks/cars. Found the perfect bracket for boat trailers made in California but the site says "out of stock on everything." Must be out of business. Have you guys found anything?

I'd probably recommend making one using a piece of stainless steel piano hinge, some pop rivets, or tig welder. But here's some ready to buy.

I got my license plates just bolted to the trailer frame on the Stratos.  On my G3 their mounted to the Trailer Light Guide post.  I use standard 7/16 or 3/8 nuts, bolts and lock washers to mount them.  I haven't had any issue with them coming off or getting knocked off while traveling or launching the boats yet.

:-* That was a good suggestion on the stainless steel piano hinge.

I just use metal zip ties on my bass boat and pontoon.  Allows the plate to swing in the water or going over speed bumps, etc...

I have used cabinet hinges. My buddy used small gate hinges.
I knew I shoulda re-tied!!

I have used big key rings before and it worked great.  Food for thought.
