Tks for sharing that article with us.  It was interesting reading.

I had the opportunity to meet and have a picture taken with Bill Dance at the Shreveport Classic.  He is a real character for sure.

One thing I can tell you about Hartwell is that there are plenty of places to find fish.  Most likely you will see a wide variety of presentations being used from up shallow to down deep.  All depends upon the weather next weekend.  Those who find the Largemouth will be in the hunt for sure.  I doubt that one could win with just spots.  I doubt that the bags will be very big for this event but someone always seems to find em.
