Hey everyone.  Been awhile, can't believe it is November already!  Finally settled with the divorce and getting my new house settled into.  Still a little to do, but much happier with where it is. Upon moving in (one mover quit half way through!) I had to get the rental company to fix leaking pipes to the washer, replace the spigots to my tub and replace a toilet!  ~b~

Getting used to the schedule for when I see my kids too. We are doing one week on, one week off, but I still see them on my off weeks, which is great.  On top of all that, my son popped his knee cap out warming up for football, so he needs a second surgery Dec 1.  My daughter is still dealing with issue from Crohn's and my best dog has an enlarged heart and now on heart meds!  Other than that things are going great  ~roflmao

I do have a new girlfriend, long distance at that, she lives in Arizona. It sucks being long distance, but we hope that changes soon and she can move back here.  Anyways, that has been my life the past few months.  November is my busy time, work wise, but I am going to try to be on more.  Missed you guys and hope to chat more on the forum!

I assume you two will move to the location of the better fishing? (Great test of a potential girlfriend)

LOL she will be coming to TN, so I guess?  LOL not sure how the fishing is in AZ, but she does fish, hunt, camp outdoors, etc.  She's a keeper!

Working to sell the boat.  Yes, I am still near Old Hickory and Piercy Priest, so that didn't change.  I am renting right now and hope housing prices drop in the next year and then plan to buy again and then get a smaller fishing boat, maybe a Jon boat.  Housing is going for $180-over $200 a square foot right now.   1,500-2,000 square foot homes going for $400,000!  It is rediculous!

worst time to be in AZ is Aug/Sep....  so if she can handle that here (although you do live a little further north?) and the outstanding winters...
good for you.

taking the high road here:congratulations on the divorce...

sorry to hear about your dog.

Good to hear from you.  Looking like you still have a little more to do. Happy to see the kids are a priority that got settled.

I'm sure everything you have been through recently must have been tough, so it's great to hear that you are getting settled down with your new life. All the best moving forward, and don't be a stranger around here.

Sure is great to hear from you. After your last update I thought we might loose you around here.

Hate to hear about all the troubles with the knee and dog. I can't help with the knee but I had a dog with the same problem and they put him on meds and he had a stroke shortly after. They said he was too active for the meds? He went from laying around all the time because he was exhausted from the enlarged heart to bouncing around like a puppy again. Just saying keep him/her chilled until the meds get things right.

Good luck with all the new new ~c~
