Welcome to the the SJHT 2022 Bass fishing Club Season.  What seemed like an eternity is now finally here.  Coming somewhat out of Covid-19 Restrictions over the last 2.5 years and adhering as best as possible to the CDC guidelines, we're here today.  Thank Goodness!!!

As we kick off our 2022 season, lets not forget the important things in life.  Your family....your family again...and your family once more.  Life is short and not promised tomorrow.  Take advantage while we're still here.

Alright!  Welcome to our New Rookie 2022 Class Chancellor N., Tom M., Clayton K., Cole S., and Ryan W.  We look forward to interacting more and discussing Tips and Techniques along with getting to know one another even better.

Today, 13 SJHT members and 1 guest came out to open our 2022 Season.  With changing weather conditions and a cold front rolling through, we knew the day was going to be tough.  Well at least for some.  LOL.  Although Air temps seem ideal, the wind may navigating and finding Bass even tougher.  Still not a bad showing for anglers coming out after months of hibernating.

Summary: Union Lake proved once again to be a tough nut to crack!  Only true bite I got was a undersized Pickeral and maybe 1 dink size bass.  That was pretty much it for me.  Others reported losing some decent bass close to the boat or not connecting on the hook sets.  I guess that fishing.  LOL.

In All, all 7 out of 14 SJHT Anglers caught at least 1 Bass.   There were 10  Bass caught overall.  Union Lake gave way to total of 20.45bs caught overall.  The  avg. weight was 2.05lbs.

Me crashing as it was a long day.

Overall.... only 1 Anglers caught there 3 Bass Limit.
The *Just warming up* Angler!

Congrats to Brian McCulley, Carlos J., and David S. on your performances.

Next up is Lake Lenape next Sunday.

Tightlines,
