No Excuses

My oldest daughter Anna just went to work for Lockheed Martin. They have a pretty legit local Bass Club. Her first day of work I told her to find someone and tell them she wanted to join!! We fished a lake I am not super familiar with, but did decent prefishing. The offshore bite we started on wasn't there so I hooked it to the bank and started slinging "The Truth"! Had the bites to have a really solid day, but I just couldn't keep them buttoned up. I included a few misses on the video, but it probably wasn't half of them. I have never had that much trouble keeping fish on that jerk bait. It did it's part, I guess I just didn't do mine. 20 and some change won it. I had 4 and one of those was a 12" line burner. Basically weighed 3 for a little under 8lbs. My employer is a customer, or I guess Lockheed is our customer, and they have agreed to pay all our entry fees and reimbursed me for joining the club. Also they are going to buy us 4 jerseys to wear with our company logos. Does that make me a pro???  ~roflmao ~b~ Best part about it was getting to spend a day on the water with the one that made me a daddy......

Good stuff man!!

Jerkbait fish usually stay hooked up so that's a bummer.
