Guys after 5 casts my body is screaming in protest! I've tried medium to heavy action rods with no relief.

Will a larger reel work? I don't even know if I have anything over 100 size up here. I'm trying to avoid another shoulder surgery and I don't know anything else to do but stop fishing it.

Ideas?

How are you casting the rig?
