Check your Trolling Motor Mount.

Just a reminder.  I noticed today that my trolling motor mount was moving a wee bit when running the motor.  Got home and tightened it all back up.  Not a bad idea to make it a habit to check those mounting screws from time to time.  Remember a while back that TNDIVER  had one come off his boat and I am sure you don't need that kind of frustration.

When I installed my Ultrex, I used the Nylock nuts that Minn Kota provided. She hasn't budged.  ;D

The nylock nuts work great but if you have to remove them for whatever reason replace them, sometimes the nylon insert doesn't hold as well when new.
