So my wife and I have been painting squarebills colors to match stuff I like and today I tried them out! The yellow with black/red dots caught 1 bass and a nice hybrid. The one with multi color caught a drum!

Also saw a nice thermocline about 15' down in 30' of water.

That yellow with black spots reminds me of a Lazy Ike I have packed away somewhere. It caught me some big fish back many years ago.

Jim- its an imitation of Bagley's old color called "Cohoe". Struck me as something that should work well on the muddy Red river!

That's awesome Rudy!

I have a few old lures in different variations of those colors. I always call them my moldy bread lures.

I'm going through junk trying to find my old airbrush. I have a box full of old crankbaits.

If anyone wants to get rid of an airbrush hit me up. Sounds like a winter project.!
