No Excuses

After a pitiful showing Thursday night only managing one 19.5" fish, dad and I went back Friday morning and caught 7 I think. Well, dad caught them. I think I boated one 12" fish. Went back Saturday morning by myself. I had found a new brushpile on the graph Friday while idling around looking. I fished it and didn't catch anything, but there was a big pine tree laying out in the water and I saw a fish break under it. I eased over and started flipping the shaky head in there and caught a couple nice ones. Moved around the lake to some other points and brush piles and made a nice little day of it. Moved to the Upper Lake that they are draining to do some graphing and marking structure and lost a really nice fish, and only managed a couple small ones.
