Shout out to Get Bit

I decided to remove the two chinese made rods I have out of the rotation.  All the other rods I made in the early 2000s with the exception of late 80s Diawa Denny Brauer flipping rod that I can't part with for some reason.  Most of the blanks I bought from Batson when they closed their manufacturing here in the US and clearanced their inventory.

Looking for a USA made blank led me to Get Bit Liberty series.  I ordered Thursday a ML spinning blank and a H casting.  I received an email yesterday morning stating the H casting is on backorder.  I was torn between the H and a M casting so I decided to call to see if they had the M and if so if they would swap it out.  They did have it in stock and the blanks are on their way.  They also credited me the difference without it being a discussion point during our conversation.  Nice to see people following through.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Always good to hear reports of great customer service.  Kevin is a solid upstanding guy and he carries that over to his business as well.

We need to give companies like Get Bit first consideration.
