Fishing for Wishes

Every year one of my construction clients sponsors an inshore tournament to raise money for the Make A Wish foundation.  I build the trophies.

This year they are built on a RodGeeks C2SW70 blank.  It's a medium moderate fast that has a soft enough tip to cast greenbacks and enough backbone to turn a bull red.

Wynn split grips and a CRB comfort casting seat.  MicroWave Air guide train and metallic Green accents.

Very nice build. They would make a great silverminnow rod for reds.

The MicroWave Air Stripper guide.  No insert to loose and it reduces line slap giving you 10-15 % longer casts.
