Stuff like this really makes me angry... especially in a sport like fishing where Integrity is the only thing we have "watching" someone.

I'd like to think those boys will receive more than a fine. Whatever happened to good old ars stompin' out in some rural area.

I hate that we have to police ourselves but it's the way now. I've fished club events where people have cheated. Something about winning, so folks will try and win at any cost.

It's a personal thing for me I guess, I've got to big of a conciseness to cheat. It's not a win if you cheated. I just don't get it. We've got a couple on the ban list up here close to home as well.

As ugly as I am, I still want to be able to look at myself in the mirror. I have no tolerance for cheaters, liars and thieves, and all three are the same. I saw this story the other day and read up on it. The guys were arrested and paid the money back, but jeez. AND it was in a F.O.M. tournament. These folks need to cast their shadow on the church steps for sure. Better get right before some of the guys down there grab hold of them.

curious how they got caught. It is crazy, when you have a cash prize for anything, people do stupid stuff and sometimes work harder to cheat than it would sometimes take to win correctly.

Like FD, I stop fishing tournament in early 80's because cheating was so bad. I remember how surprised I would be at who Were the ch :(eaters .

I have been playing golf almost as long as I have been fishing. Both are self governed. Cheating is a pet piece. Just damn!!!
