Selling My House

We have put our house up for sale. we are going to build a Barndamenium.  Should have a nice size amount of equity to put into the new place. I tried to talk my wife into getting a place on the lake but she wasn't having any part of that.

So we are moving further out into the country. The plan is to get about 10 Acres.

Congratulations Steve! 10 acres in the country is great too. With 10 acres you should be able to build a decent size pond.

Hey Steve having a place out of town is great. I bought some land last year and my brother just accepted a offer on his home yesterday. He is moving to it and I will be maybe a year or so behind him. I am so ready to get there.
