By chance, does anyone have or know where I can get the wiring diagram for a 2001 Champion 181? I'm having issues with my graphs shutting off when I start  the outboard. I realize that this is due to the voltage dropping, and I'd like to address the issue.

Sorry, can't help on the wiring diagram but I am curious about what trouble shooting have you done so far.   I would think a complete check of all the connections from the batteries would be the first order of business including the power connection to the sonar units.  Also are the sonars wired direct to the start battery or are they going through a bow or console panel first.  Then of course the connection to the motor  from the voltage regulator or the power pack.  Then the final question how des the battery load test and what size is it.

Try contacting T&O marine.  The link is below.  Sometimes they have Owners manuals etc. for older boats.
Good luck with getting you issue fixed.

I didn't have the issue you're having with your electronics.  I had an issue to where my console electronics screen would turn dark due to low voltage after 30minutes of running.  The way I corrected my issue was I disconnected the wires (Console Electronics) from my fuse panel.  I ran new wiring with an in-line fuse directly to my cranking battery.  This resolved my issue with my electronics.

Since 1990, most boats use standard color codes. I have a sheet I can post that will help ID most of your wires.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. I've checked all the connections and they seem to be fine. The only thing that I notice is there are wire nuts throughout the boat. I'm not a huge fan of wire nuts, so I'm thinking of replacing them with solder seal wire connectors. The battery itself is a 29 series battery and is less than a year old.

As for the fish finder wiring, it is not wired directly to the battery. I've read on other forums that doing it directly will remedy the issue, that  will be my next step. I was just curious about the wiring diagram.

Good Deal, Get rid of those wire nuts pronto.  You won't regret it. Solder and shrink tube is the only way to go.  Also +1 on wiring power direct to the crank battery.
