Head and back pain

Week from last Monday had 2nd set of Botox injections. They injected a tiny needle 31 times in my face. First round wasn't so bad. This time it was horrible. I thought my wife was going to kill the doctor. Didn't help the constant headache. Made it worse. Had mri on my lower back Wednesday. See the surgeon on the 3rd of July to set up surgery date. Going to clean out where the nerves go in that are blocked causing pain in both my legs. After that have to decide on whether to have 6 or 7 discs fused in my lumbar spine. Surgeon isn't sure he wants to do it. Says if it doesn't take will be in worse pain. Wife is concerned because we moved to a apartment on the second floor. Wanted a first floor apartment but couldn't find any. All this has destroyed our credit.
