Got out for a few hours this afternoon on Blue Marsh. Water temp 45-47, stained water, sunny and breezy. Started with a spinner bait and missed 1 solid bite, tried that for about 45min. Then got on a sunny, windy bank, and paralleled it with a jerkbait, in about 6ft of water. Hooked up on about the 10th cast, but I didn't have my landing net ready. Got it to the boat and it came off right at the gunnel, would have easily been my pb, 6+ lber. Landed 2 more in the next 15min that each went about 3lbs, then the sun started going down, and it shut off. Overall a great couple hours on the water!!

Stan, You need to understand that if a big bass comes off at the boat it is a requirement to be 8 lbs.   ~roflmao

Thanks for the report Stan and a couple of good looking fish. After the winter we have had any fish would look good right about now. :) Sorry about the one who got off right by the boat.
