Open tournaments for 2007

I know it is Feb.  but lets build a list of opens in the RI, CT MA area as the season progresses so we can all see what is out there. What do u think of the idea?

Well here is the first open of the year that I know of.

Annual Ice Breaker

The Pachaug Area Bassmasters will be holding there Open this year on Sunday April 15th .This year entry fee has been increased to $100.00 a team. So that they can increase the pay outs also, there will be a very nice raffle which go's to putting jacket's on needy kid's. If anyone has any questions feel free to call Dave at (860)-428-7130.   He will try an answer any and all questions.

2007 Wedensday Night Open Trail

May 16th Hopeville
May 30 Quinebaug
June 6 Amos 
June 20 Glasgo
July 18 Beachpond 
July 25 Pachaug
Aug 15 Long Pond 
Aug 22 Gardners
Sept 12 Billings 
Sept 19 Ashland or Pachaug
It's the same format as last year. $20 per boat (one or two people) $5 for lunker and $1 for progressive lunker and that has to be over 5 pounds to win, if not the money from that one goes to the next event.

Housatonic Valley Bassmasters presents the 13th annual open team tournament in memory of Bryan V. Kerchal, benefiting the Bryan V. Kerchal memorial fund.
April 29, 2007 8:00a.m.-3:00p.m.  at Candlewood lake Danbury town park.  Use Danbury town boat ramp only.
First place $4,000 over $10,000 paid out to 10 places based on an 90 boat field.
Entry fee $200.00.
(per two person team, includes lunker).
$30.00 from each entry will be donated to the Bryan V. Kerchal memorial fund,  with over $25,600.00 raised to date.
90 teams maximum, if any spots available, registration at the ramp will be accepted (cash only).
H.V.B. reserves the right to refuse any application which in our view will be detrimental to the tournament.
Please include a copy of your boats insurance with your entry.
