Red River Pool 3

Is the river down enough to fish yet? I would like to go to one of the lower pools, 3, 2, or 1

yes.
I live on pool 2 and fished it today.
River is still about 3 feet high with logs coming down. Current isn't that bad.

The oxbows are very stained. Very very stained.
We fished today and yesterday and only caught 2 on white spinners.

They have had no pressure for the past month so it should get better as the water continues to clear.
