Help identify a plug

I wish we had some sort of cooler or step up top deck compartment.

If its not a cooler plug, then it's probably a plug for the live well overspill so you can tow your catch of fish home without losing a bunch of water from it splashing around. Most live well drains have a screen over them, so it wouldn't be feasible to have a plug for that.

It's definitely not the plug inside the livewell. That plug is larger and threaded on my boat.

Talked to me sales person who is pretty knowledgeable and even he was having a hard time figuring out what this is for. He did mention that Tracker tends to send stuff even if it doesn't apply to your boat. My thought was that it could be a plug for the previous generation front live well. It also may be a Tracker 195 plug for their step up compartment which we don't have.
