Thought I would pose this question to those who have the older digital dash pad.  Just wondering if anyone has replaced it and a general cost to do so.

Mine is working fine, but since everything is controlled by it, when its not working, the boats not going far.

My Classic doesn't have the digital pad, but I think I'd like to put one in it if someone finds out how and how much?

So far, everything works on mine except the trim gauge.......

I considered replacing it a while back, and was told that the replacement is basically "plug and play" with some Sawzall work on the console, depending on which instruments you request/replace.  I opted to keep mine since the Tach works, but I'm going to replace my old Johnson alarm pod with a Yamaha Trim Guage....

It is sort of expensive at about 300-350, so I'm waiting to replace my seats instead (which I treated with Armor All for years, before finding out BC recommends against it---I found out why--they start to crack!!)

The panel you replaced, does it operate you lights, bilge, livewell, and most of the other bells and whistles???

I ended up not replacing it, but they had (at least when I was looking into it) a touch pad that controlled bilge, livewell, lights, horn, and the alarm...can't remember exactly what else, but there were a couple of options ~sun

I replaced mine and a friends, he has a 93 panteraII and I have a 95 panteraII
When I replaced them they were under warrentee. All I did was call basscat and they sent me two new ones. It was a simple job everything is plugins. Just plug and go.
