Sept 2017 Florida Bragging Rights Hawg Wall

Welcome to the FLBR Hawg Wall, this thread provides Florida Bragging Rights Club members the opportunity to showcase their Sept 2017 Hawg's.

This thread does have a size limit. Only 2 categories of fish are asked to be posted here.

1. Any LMB that is 22" and/or 6lbs and higher

2. Any Personal Best regardless of weight and length

  PoPo...Please... remember this is just a wall.  Comments are always welcomed recognizing the anglers accomplishment, however, discussions, please take it over to the Sept 2017 FLBR BS thread. Thank you!!

This big girl just couldn't resist a slow swimming uvibe. After getting her to the bank I looked at how she was hooked and man that was a close one. Good thing for those big fat bass lips. The hook was on the outer lip and somehow managed to keep her on through two hard surges and 2 high jumps.
At first the fish didn't feel all that big. I thought it was going to be a 3lb fish max. Maybe in the 18 inch range. As it got closer and it started to surge I realized it was bigger than expected.

4 lbs 2 oz

I haven't fished much this month. Only 5 dinks so far at a local park. I hope to hit the culvert pipes soon with the crankbait. It should be on fire with the running water. I'll make sure to post up a report.
