I'm curious about actually using this reel as a frogging reel. Branden, you tried tossing frogs with this reel yet?

I wish I had a frog type area but I have to go south to hit legit frog lakes. Gonna try to go on Nickajack this year. I can imagine it will work well. It seems very sturdy.

I like this reel. Doesn't have the palmability of some but it is robust and man it can take up some line.

Thats the only thing im not too crazy about is the palmability. The way I hold a reel when working a frog, is the way i have to hold this reel. So it may work out. Plus, i really dont frog too often.
