This may have been asked before, is there a braided line out there that doesn't whine when you reel it through the eyes of the rod? I have heard that if you fish a bladed jig and are winding it through the grass the fish can detect the whine from the line??? Thanks for the help.

Daiwa J-Braid.

^^ This!!  I was highly impressed with this line when I bought my SV103 with this on it.

i use stren and do not notice it making much noise.  spider wire glo-vis seems to be smother yet and also power pro slick 8.  these lines are also super limp.

The glo-vis is definitely a quieter braid too.  Thanks

I use the Glo-Vis braid myself. Don't notice much if any noise. Heck, even certain mono lines make noise sometimes. Just my opinion but I don't really believe it has much of a detrimental affect on the fish.

What pound of j-braid you guys use. I want to give it a try on my new spinning reel. Usually use 10-15lb PP or Suffix 832
