Rigged for the Cooper

Getting all ready for an upcoming visit to the Cooper River.  Terry G thinks the ramp we like to use is now open and the floating island that blew in there during the hurricane might be gone.  I hope that is true and we can get out one day next week.  Would be a great way to finish off 2016
