Question what is the difference between an 11 and 11A pork frog

 What is the difference between a 11 and 11A pork frogs uncle josh brand ?
I know they quit making them. I thought the A was bigger.

I have to chuckle and I'm sorry for that, but I never could tell myself either. Someone once told me it was a different fluid and another person told me it was color options and yet another told me it was only because of a different manufacturing process.

Hopefully someone with solid knowledge can let us know.

did it have to do with a 'bevel' on the head end to make it easier to get hooks through?

I had just started to get in to pork when Strike King exited.  Found a 'bad' color run that was supposed to be either green or blue, but wasn't... it was, however the exact color of blue found on the crayfish in my water and in bluegill tails...  and the mini frog, paired with a bitsy bug waylaid a ton of bass...

Now that you say that, there seems like there was something about one being better for big flipping jigs versus standard casting jigs. This could have been it as well.
