I gave up on FF a long time ago.  Didn't even make picks since the Classic, due to extensive work and travel.  I'm in the 20% range.... awful.

So having fished the Potomac my whole life,  I'd love to see Where Lucas is fishing.  They are calling it a community hole Eddy and he's pulled 20 lbs both days.  He quit fishing early and just put down his PP's to guard the location.  He's clearly catching a better sized fish,  but I'm not convinced there is only 1 location on the Potomac for this to occur.  The blog is not showing any pictures of his honey hole.  Most all got spots reload on the Potomac.  Should be interesting to see if it holds out all 4 days.

Lordy that was boring to watch. I tried for a few hours while I had some down time at work. I would have rather watched golf.  ~roflmao
My wife says she is gonna leave me if I go fishing one more time........lord how I will miss that woman.

So Lucas won by fishing Blue Plains 4 straight days.  He pulled a Tim Horton the final day by heading back in early and ordered Pizza, as he knew he had it won!

If you have ever fished Blue Plains,  it perhaps the largest water treatment plant in the country and the discharge pipe puts out a huge current of water I would think is cooler then the river so it was probably a smart choice.  It is also a great winter spot.  The big dock there is huge for barges and usually holds a lot of crappie....  no pun intended.  My hats off to Lucas, as the air at blue plains is almost unbreathable it stinks so bad.  It smells so bad that if you are stuck in traffic on 295,  you gag and dry heave.  I don't know how anyone works there.  Fishing - I guess you could hope for a breeze out on the water.  I also would never bite or wet my line if I was fishing there.  No telling what you might catch....

Christie had the biggest bag of the tourney.  He caught all his fish on a frog.
