I let all my accessories go when I sold my 98 tracker so I picked up the following:

Dock lines that are super convenient
Launching rope
Trailer jack wheel stop
Boat buckles
Motor flusher

Awesome. I'm a new boat owner, I never even thought to see if they made a wheel stop for my trailer jack... Gotta get one now. I'm using a giant concrete block to rest my trailer on...

I haven't owned a boat for a number of years now but I still have a bunch of boat related stuff, some brand new that my wife keeps trying to get me to part with. I keep telling her to give up on that dog fight because one day I am going to have another boat and she wouldn't want me to have to spend all of that money all over again. Seems to work...........most of the time.  ~shade

BTW, that motor flusher is IMO one of the best boat related items you can own. The owner of every boat with an outboard should have one. Another thing you might want to consider if you don't have one already is a trailer light tester - one of those small plug-like devices that you can put right on a key chain.  Years ago I was shocked at the number of fellow club members who had expensive boats and didn't want to shell out a few bucks for something as simple yet valuable as these two items.  ~b~
