I just re did my boat and trolling motor to 24v. So now i have 2 deep cycles and a starting battery

Should my dash and electronics by hooked to the starting battery or one of the trolling batteries?

Btw motor is 120 merc FORCE. Brand new 1000 amp cranking battery

Mine is hooked to the starting battery.
The only thing on my deep cycles is the trolling motor.

Never any problem with them draining it?

Same thing with me. It is set up that way in, my Xpress Xplorer, startos 201 pro XL, was the same way in a startos 279V we used to have and also a startos 219F.

The only thing that should be attached to the tm batteries is the tm, dropping voltage can affect anything else.

Sorry, just saw this follow up question.

I've had no problems at all. I fish an electric only lake quite a bit. I run my single fish finder all day off the starting battery and my trolling motor on the dual deep cycles. It gets me through the day no problem.
I do throw the boat on the charger every evening when I get home.

I have always run my glass boat electrical/electronics off the starting battery.  Most of the things are low draw, on timers and don't run the battery down a lot.  Once you start the engine and run to the next spot you will probably recharge it anyway.

I have a 1990 Javelin with a 1990 Johnson GT150 and I run everything off my cranking battery. I have a #65 Minn Kota and it is the only thing on my trolling batteries. I fish mostly at night so I am running my Nav lights and black lights all night. I run 6 20" LED blacklights in the rubrail and a fluorescent UV light as well. I have never had n e trouble with battery power. Fish mostly tournaments so I am also running my aerator/recirc pumps as well. Also run 2 Lowrance HDI 7 depth finders w/structurescan DI. Been lucky I guess with battery service but figured I'd let u know my setup.  Would also like to add I have been caught in storms where the Bilge pump has had to run for 20-30 min at a time nonstop on top of everything else.

That is the standard approach. The alternator in your motor will recharge your cranking battery some every time the big motor is run so this helps keep things smooth most of the time as long as there are no problems anywhere else in the system.
