Just picked up a 2016 175TXW yesterday.  The dealer here just started selling trackers.  The fill pump for the live well works, but the pump to recirculate and pump out does not.  I don't have much faith in my dealer unfortunately.  I'm going to trouble shoot it before I even take it in so I'll be checking the power to make sure it's getting power to the pump before anything else.  It looks like the pump-out pump is mounted directly to the bottom of the live well, great idea tracker.  My dealer will take forever to replace the pump, the purchase alone took 2 weeks, long story.  So if I can determine the pump is bad what are my options to remove it?  I'll have to pull the batteries and I'm wondering if the aluminum battery tray is removable?  I'm thinking pulling the batteries and tray will give me enough room to pull the pump?  Otherwise it looks like the whole gas tank may have to come out!  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I don't mind spending a couple hours to pull the pump and replace it with something of better quality while I'm at it.

Second I went out yesterday with my son for a couple hours and came home and plugged in the on board battery charger.  Within 15 min "bank 2" gave me a green light and indicated that battery was fully charged.  "Bank 1" was still red the next morning when I checked it.  I threw my battery tender on both batteries and both showed fully charged.  My guess is the charger for bank 1 is not working correctly, has this been a known issue?  I'm hoping to have it replaced with a new one.

I get not having much faith in your dealer, but if it were me, they would be the ones fixing this stuff until the warranty was over.
Just for the fact of keeping the factory warranty intact and them not backing out on something else later down the road because you worked on it.

Take it back to the dealer and make him fix it. Especially if it doesn't work 'out of the box'.
Maybe if you have a BassProShop nearby they can work on it too.

Looks like the pump is blowing the fuse, so I'm thinking it's shot, or wired wrong.  I talked with the dealer and will take it in Monday for them to troubleshoot and order parts.  They said they won't leave it apart waiting for parts but put it back together so I can use it until they come in.  I'm going to start a new thread about the performance of the motor and setup.  Loving this boat!

Good call on letting the dealer handle that.

Good luck on the performance stuff and glad to hear our enjoying it. I cant wait until the day I can finally get a new boat!
