Well, I almost hesitate to post this because I just noticed another thread on this same reel. It asks one of the same questions I had planned to ask myself, "is it a good reel?". I'll keep an eye on that thread for the answer, although I feel like the answer is yes.

I went ahead and posted anyway, though, because I do want to ask if anyone knows where I can find a schematic for this reel online? I'm very curious about its 8 bearing placement. I know that other similar reels usually follow a basic design and have three on the spool shaft, two on the crank shaft, and two on the handle  (one in each paddle). That's only 7, not 8. If there are actually two in each handle paddle, then that means there are only 4 inside the reel body so I'm curious which one "may" be missing on the inside, because knowing myself like I do, I'll have to add in any "missing" bearings   lo

I didn't find any listing for an Orra 2sx on Garcia's website, but did find a few Orra Sx listings.  You can find the schematic on this portion of the site, just put Orra SX into the search box and a few choices will come up.

Thank you. I followed the link and searched as you said. I didn't find the exact one I was looking for but they had the schematic for the original Orra SX and it jogged my memory, I remembered it also had just 8 bearings, same as the current one. The schematic showed one bearing located on one end of the level wind worm gear, so that explains where the extra one is located that I wasn't used to seeing. All other components look like they're the same as I would expect, and the schematic shows the other 5 internal bearing right where I expected to see them. With just two left to locate, I think its a safe bet that there is one inside each handle knob, for a total of 8.

Thanks again!

**EDIT** I went back to that schematic just now and realized it is for the current model after all. They call it the Orra SX on the site but then they list the model number as orra2sx.
