Looks like the only thing I'm going to have to do is LED's on the trailer.

Lowrance units installed by Precision Sonar on PS mounts with Structure Scan & point 1 antenna
Black Light LED's in rub rail
Upgraded fulton jack
LED's in boxes
Hot Foot

And several other little things here and there.

PIV is a great rough water boat. Almost rides like my Puma and is a lot more maneuverable around docks. The PIV rides flatter than most boats because of the under seat gas tank. It takes much less trim up than rear tank boats. Probably about 1/2 the trim you are used to. Trim by feel rather than looking at the gauge. The original cost of a PIV was almost the same as a Puma. Have fun using it.

Polaris425

Yeah I'm thinking it should feel (trim) a lot like the sabre I had since the tank was under its seat as well.

We're on our way. Hit the road about 540am & stopped at bojangles for a biscuit. Got about another 2 hours.

Maiden voyage was a success. Well, except for when I plugged the wrong hole and almost sunk the boat. :-O

Yeah.

But I caught two dinks and missed a few. Boat rides great. Gotta figure out which gas tank is which. And only got her to 67 but the water was rough and choppy and the wife was with me.

She fits in there. 21'-3" clear from wall to door. Gotta be cockeyed but she fits.

Jon, this is way cool.  What a nice thing to have in your records.

Must have been one of the first 2013's. They change over in August & this one looks like it was finished around September.

The PIV rides best using the under seat tank. Use the saddle tanks only when needed. Boat runs high 60's-low 70's with a 200 hp.
