Looking for opinions on Tormenta 266WLX and Calera C5 266WLX.

What i'm mostly interested in knowing is general quality, if they're gentle in the birdsnest department for someone who's getting their first baitcaster, and, quite important; how well they handle light lures(3/16oz to 1/4 oz), assuming the rod is suitable for those weights. Planning on getting a baitcast rig for european perch(they're like yellow perch, but less....yellow, and tend to grow somewhat bigger if i'm correctly informed). I've more or less decided on the rod, most likely it'll be Abu Garcia Vendetta 762ML(7ft 6 in , medium light, 3/16 oz to 3/4 oz). When it comes to line i'll probably wanna use 0,10-0,13mm braid(i guess that it would be equal to 6 to 10lb braid(not mono) according to the US way to meausre, but i'm not really sure. Wishing someone would come up with an international standardisation of linemeasurement  )
