Fried Mutton Snapper

Garlic Salt, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Extra Virgin Oil

That was some delicious Snapper! Can't beat it. The snapper family of fish is the best of the best. I do love me some Trout, and Salmon but Fresh Red, Mangrove, Mutton, Yellowtail snappers can't be beat in flavor. Hogfish too.
PB: 6lbs 5oz / 24.25 inches.

Looks good there Rick.  I like my snapper too, but nothing beats a Fried Grouper Sannich.   ;)

You know, I'm not a huge fan of Grouper. I mean I'll eat it but it's not in my top 5.

One of my most memorable dishes was a parmesan cheese encrusted grouper caught fresh at Keywest restaurant. Delicious stuff!!

Ya know, there are very few saltwater (or freshwater for that matter) species that I'm not fond of.  Some take a different way to season and cook, but you can find a way to make anything edible out of the sea taste fantastic.

I prefer fillets myself, but I grind chum with what is left over, so nothing goes to waste.

That's very true many times it is the way you season it.
