Yesterday morning a fishing buddy and I put in at Eureka and fished down the Ocklawaha River. Couldn't find any bass until we tried the fourth spot. We caught seven bass there. The water level is down due to the Rodman drawdown which is about half way completed. Further down the river in the transitional area we found the channel closed off due to the water lettuce. Here's one photo of our largest bass -- 2 lbs 12 oz.
