We have a meal that is done on the grill that we love, it's easy and it's healthy, can't beat that trinity.
1. a package of raw shrimp in the shell, 20-30 size, we get them as EZ PEEL. The shell is split and the shrimp are deviened.
2. A jar of raspberry vinaigrette.
3. Romaine hearts and your favorite onions and other salad veggies.
4. Oil and seasonings.
Place the shrimp in a bowel and pour some of the vinaigrette over them, reserving some for later. Mix and coat well, can be done in a zip lock bag. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Cut the romaine hearts in half and brush oil on the cut side, we use olive oil not evoo, season with salt, pepper and I use garlic powder, place on a hot grill for about 3 minutes or til they start to char, a little char is good. Cut to salad size, add the other veggies and set aside.
Grill the shrimp til pink or done, don't over do or they become tough.
Combine salad and shrimp, pour the remaining vinaigrette over, pop your favorite beverage and enjoy.

That sounds real good there Rodney!! I don't use the evoo either. It's too strong tasting and it flashes on the grill ! One question, what kind of bowel do you put it in pig or beef?

That sounds great!  Going to try that one.

I'm usually skewering them and slathering them with olive oil, or butter and garlic.  Or wrapping them in pre cooked bacon after stuffing them with something.

It would be a nice change of pace.

It's a meal unto itself, light, tasty filling, and healthy.
