Hey guys,

I found this on the FWC Website. It is a way to find EVERY Public Boat Ramp in the State of Florida, both Fresh & Salt.

Simply choose whether you want to search by County Map or County Lake Names. I use the Map Feature which show you the location of the Ramp & Lake. I have found several Public Lakes that I never knew existed.

Find a spot you would like to check out? Click on the Ramp Symbol and it will take you to an Info Page that will tell you all about the Ramp, what it is made of, the Ramp Condition, Amount of Parking, Restrooms or not, and even provides a Link to Pictures. This link works best on Internet Explorer and shows you the Ramp, Parking, whatever they took Pictures of.

Maybe Swede could make it a Sticky if enough guys think it would help them find Directions to Ramp and New Places to fish.

Thanks, look like they revamped it a bit. They removed a ramp that was previously on the Miami-Dade County list.

A public ramp list is a great thing, however finding small lakes with no public ramp can sometimes be better. you know the primitive dirt/gravel ramps can be better. now a man cant put a ranger in there but john boats, small lightweight glass boats with tilt trailers. or god forbid a kayak.
these are the places with unmolested bass . you might have to traverse 14 miles of dirt road to get there but..... ~fff
